The Saffron Hotel Restaurant & Bar

The Saffron’s Restaurant is a lovely cosy panelled room with an open fireplace. With everything homemade and freshly cooked, you will taste the difference from Chef’s pies to speciality made desserts.

 

The Restaurant hosts a Table de Hote menu – Two Course £15.50 / three course £18.50 with a 10% discount for residents. Together with a great Blackboard selection you will always find a traditional steak which will be cooked just the way you like it. With house wines and beers to accompany the meal – at around £20 per head, you will be getting some of the best food in town and want to come again.

 

Sunday lunch is also a firm favourite serving from mid-day to 8.00 p.m.

 

Our trained and friendly staff are here to please, as you enjoy the warm, old fashioned ambiance and hospitality of traditional Hotel fayre, not often available in today’s fast food dining experience.
